Due to the current market situation and the development to be expected in the future, the property in question is very well suited for the development of residential buildings with corresponding open space designs, up to and including the construction of a communal pool facility.

The regional thermal water pipeline runs directly along the property boundary.

Despite the quiet location, the optimal connection of the property to the S7 Fürstenfeld motorway Riegersdorf, which will be completed in 2023, should be particularly emphasised, which will provide very good accessibility and thus excellent transport infrastructure for tourism purposes.
