This idyllic property, including the very well preserved wooden log house, is situated in the middle of one of the most beautiful recreational areas and nature regions in Austria - the Falkenstein Nature Park.

The region is known far beyond its borders for its leisure and recreational opportunities. People appreciate the natural landscape in summer as well as in winter. Located in the catchment area of the federal capital Vienna, the region is known and popular for hiking, cycling and skiing, but also for hunting, or just for relaxing in nature and spending time in your own green garden.

The wooden log house, which was completed in 1975 and has been lovingly maintained and improved over the years, is in very good condition and is located in the Schwarzau im Gebirge municipal area.

By car, you can reach the centre of Vienna in about an hour and the Styrian capital Graz in about one and a half hours. In the immediate vicinity there are excursion destinations such as the Raxbahn with the adjacent Höllental, the Myrafälle, the Schneeberg, the Waldfreundehütte Obersberg, as well as the festival town of Reichenau an der Rax, Gloggnitz Castle and the spa town of Semmering.
